The Austrian Society for Cytometry organizes its 5th Alpenflow meeting. The conference will once again take place in the Congress & TheaterHaus, Bad Ischl in the middle of the beautiful Salzkammergut.

The program is aimed at an interdisciplinary platform for basic, translational and clinical scientists and includes presentations and workshops by national and international experts. In addition, highly attractive workshops are organized by invited companies.

The Cell Culture Days of the Core Facility Alternative Biomodels and Preclinical Imaging (Biomedical Research) are organized in collaboration with RepRefRed and the Austrian Society for Cytometry (OEGfZ).

The 2 day program presents lectures and workshops in the field of cell culture, covering 3D Cell, quality control in cell culture, immortalisation, physiological culture conditions (hypoxia, air-liquid interface, etc.), bioreactors/dynamic culture systems incl. sensors (pH, O2, etc.), immune cells, organoids and clinical/translational applications as well as genome editing methods (CripsCas9).

The Austrian Society for Cytometry organizes its annual meeting Hyperflow on May 8th & 9th, 2025 in the „Lecture Hall Centre“ of the General Hospital Vienna, Medical university of Vienna.

Das zweieinhalbtägige Workshop-Programm in Form theoretischer Grundlagenvermittlung stellt eine ideale Ergänzung zum Einführungskurs in die Durchflusszytometrie dar und ist somit für fortgeschrittene Anwender der Durchflusszytometrie geeignet.

Für den Besuch dieses Workshops ist der Nachweis über die Teilnahme des Einführungskurses erforderlich oder ein anderer Nachweis aus dem hervorgeht, dass der/die TeilnehmerIn ausreichende Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Durchflusszytometrie besitzt.

Die Workshops, die sowohl klinische als auch forschungsorientierte Fragestellungen behandeln, werden von Tutoren mit langjähriger Erfahrung geleitet.

Den Teilnehmern wird so ein rascher und zielorientierter Zugang zu speziellen Methodiken dieser faszinierenden, ständig an Bedeutung gewinnenden Technologie ermöglicht.
